What you will do

• Own and support finance operations processes across the entire order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Execute billing, reconciliations, and revenue-related activities with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP systems and supporting operational processes.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues, data inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies.
• Support month-end close activities and ensure system alignment for revenue data.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Experience in finance operations, billing, or order-to-cash processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and finance support tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Structured, process-oriented mindset capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Must be based in or able to work from Aalborg or Copenhagen, Denmark.
