What you will do

  • Take full ownership of all finance activities across multiple markets.
  • Orchestrate month-end close, reporting, and operational tasks in collaboration with external accounting partners.
  • Manage cash forecasting, treasury, and establish a strong transfer pricing setup.
  • Steer scenario planning, performance reviews, and P&L transparency.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on pricing, investment cases, and financial architecture.
  • Scale the internal finance team by hiring additional operational staff.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in finance, economics, management accounting, or a similar field.
  • Solid professional experience within Finance or FP&A.
  • Proven leadership experience and a track record of providing business insights to senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable decision insights.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in both Danish and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience configuring agentic AI-models to automate and optimize financial workflows.
  • Experience working in high-growth or operationally complex environments.
