What you will do

• Execute integrated campaigns from strategy to performance measurement.
• Develop new content, channels, and creatives for experimentation and growth.
• Build and manage communities on local social channels to boost reach and engagement.
• Moderate forums, social platforms, and chat groups for positive interactions.
• Manage KOLs/affiliates and design incentive programs for network growth.
• Coordinate with BD and marketing teams on leads, research, and events.
• Plan and execute online/offline events, including budgeting and vendor management.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required for coordination with overseas partners; additional languages advantageous.
• Proven community management experience with ownership and emotional intelligence; passion for startup environment.
• 2+ years launching community initiatives (forums, ambassador programs, events, newsletters, social media).
• 1+ year managing online/offline events; track record with Telegram or similar.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency terminologies and trends.
• Able to work flexible/stretched hours to engage crypto community.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
