What you will do

• Manage day-to-day running and AV strategic direction of accounts alongside Account Director.
• Plan and buy AV campaigns (TV, Video, Radio, Cinema) from start to finish, including delivery with Account Executive.
• Build close relationships with team, media owners, internal planning teams, and clients.
• Evaluate media options, seek innovative solutions, and contribute to implementational plans and campaign results presentations.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities and ensure billing/SOX compliance.

Requirements

• Confidence in all aspects of AV buying and planning, with strong knowledge of systems like Media Ocean, Caria, TechEdge, JET, AudioPlanner.
• Experience managing AV campaign delivery, value positions, and quality.
• Understanding of client industry sectors, competitors, and business objectives; ability to manage expectations and present documents.
• Collaborative relationships with internal departments (e.g., Connections Planning) and external media owners/creative agencies.
• Ability to prioritise workload, support Account Executive, and act as Mindshare ambassador.
