What you will do

• Maintain and extend ASR C++ codebase for ground station and drone operations
• Develop new swarming algorithms and behaviors
• Modify and extend swarm communications protocol
• Collaborate with senior engineers on software architecture and engineering processes
• Work on ground station Python web services and general system functionality

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR/EAR compliance)
• Development experience with C++ (including STL)
• Frontend web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Backend web development (Python)
• Android development (Java or Kotlin)
• Strong object-oriented development, Linux environment (POSIX), low-level knowledge (compilers, memory management)
• Mathematical/physics background (vector operations)
• Comfort working independently; Agile processes experience

Nice to have

• BS in Computer Science or related
• Experience in autonomy systems, video games, AI coding tools
• Cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native), embedded/microcontroller dev (STM32), RTOS, Yocto
• Pub/Sub patterns, security clearance
