What you will do

• Develop projects to improve payment recovery rates for failed Account to Account payments.
• Enhance fraud detection using ML models and rules-based systems.
• Optimize consumer authentication flows for high-risk payments.
• Grow adoption of Success+ and Protect+ products while improving user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ideate and build new features.
• Drive revenue growth through product ownership and experimentation.

Requirements

• Location: Riga, Latvia
• Strong programming experience with Ruby and/or Python
• Experience solving problems that drive revenue growth
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Product ownership mindset for ideation and feature development
