Salary: €3,500–€5,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Design and maintain robust .NET APIs and microservices on Azure.
• Advance DevOps maturity and implement comprehensive test automation.
• Enable CI/CD pipelines and support automated quality gates.
• Implement feature toggling strategies for safe deployments.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to establish coding standards.
• Mentor other developers and promote clean code practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience in .NET (C#) development for APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of test automation and the test pyramid.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, feature toggling, and trunk-based development.
• Language: Excellent proficiency in both Latvian and English is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Rīga office.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI and its application in software engineering.
