What you will do

• Secure unpaid media coverage across print, digital, TV, and radio through personal network connections.
• Develop compelling PR pitches focused on period underwear innovation, female entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
• Manage brand voice and reputation across the DACH market.
• Create editorial or blog content for the company website (optional).

Requirements

• 5+ years of PR experience in the DACH market, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or beauty sectors.
• Proven track record of Tier 1 media placements (portfolio required).
• Fluent German speaker and writer (native or near-native level).
• Established relationships with editors and lifestyle journalists in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Basic copywriting skills for blog posts and founder-led content.

Nice to have

• Experience with DTC or taboo-breaking brands (femtech, period care, wellness).
• Proven success with low-budget, high-ROI PR strategies.
• Experience in influencer or celebrity PR.
