What you will do

• Identify and optimize business processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Lead global initiatives to standardize workflows and implement best practices.
• Develop and document SOPs, playbooks, and process frameworks.
• Define and maintain KPIs, building real-time visibility dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
• Manage team workflows and initiative tracking within Jira and Jira Align.
• Provide tool training and guidance to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and data models using Microsoft Power BI.
• Hands-on experience managing workflows in Jira or Jira Align.
• Ability to define KPIs and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP.
