What you will do

• Act as a leader in mobile acquisition with solid experience in performance marketing.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for 150–300% user and revenue growth.
• Build cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, design, analytics, and engineering teams.
• Lead and grow a team of 5+ specialists, hiring and managing for operational excellence.
• Drive global market share growth and stable development in core markets.
• Oversee marketing budgets and create high-impact campaigns for core and emerging markets.

Requirements

• Experience in similar role owning $1M+ monthly marketing budget.
• Proven success in mobile app promotion across Tier 1 markets.
• Strong knowledge of performance channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, CPA networks.
• Familiarity with global in-app partners and mobile ad networks.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in LTV, CPA, EROI, and analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, App Annie.
• Experience running marketing for multiple apps/products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Russian and English B2+)
