What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise AI agents focusing on marketing conversion, revenue-driving strategies, and AI-powered customer support.
• Translate complex product requirements into well-defined machine learning problems.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy models into production environments.
• Conduct offline and online evaluation, monitoring, and continuous optimization post-deployment.
• Propose innovative AI applications by staying current with the latest research.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in machine learning, LLM, or software engineering via research, internships, or industry work.
• Strong interest or experience in agentic application development, including function calling, AI Protocols (MCP/A2A), and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Impact-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in MarTech and building customer-centric products.
• Strong focus on quantitative metrics and systematic evaluation.
• Knowledge of context engineering, harness engineering, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
