Location: Onsite in Warsaw, Poland (4 days on-site)

Salary: 25,000–40,000 PLN net / month + RSUs

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Infrastructure) to take features from discovery to rollout.
• Take full ownership of features, including technical design, implementation, testing, and observability.
• Design and maintain scalable Ruby and Elixir code within a polyglot stack including GraphQL, TypeScript, and gRPC.
• Build and optimize services within a Kubernetes-driven microservice architecture using Kafka.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to deliver high-quality products from inception.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (onsite 4 days/week)
• Experience building and maintaining globally distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of event-driven architectures and Kafka.
• 2+ years of experience in product engineering or infrastructure at scale.
• Proficiency in AI-augmented workflows, utilizing AI agents to amplify coding output.
• Experience with Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript.
