What you will do

• Develop comprehensive launch plans and promotional campaigns to ensure successful product adoption.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance using data analysis.
• Translate user requirements into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Manage the end-to-end product roadmap for derivative products.
• Coordinate execution between Operations, Marketing, BD, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service.
• Research crypto market trends and competitors to define go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations, preferably with derivative products.
• Proven track record of leading products from 0 to 1 in the crypto or fintech space.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, including interest rates and volatility.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work remotely from Hong Kong

Nice to have

• Active and deep user of cryptocurrencies with a strong understanding of DeFi and blockchain protocols.
• Educational background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
