Location: Hybrid setup (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH) in our HQ (Bandung)

What you will do

• Create marketing content such as social media posts, captions, articles, email content, and campaign copy.
• Manage social media channels and online communities including Discord by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to interactions.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, audience behavior, and community culture.
• Collect and organize campaign performance data and prepare simple reports.
• Assist with email campaigns, website updates, and coordinating marketing activities like events and activations.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and community teams while handling operational tasks and learning workflows.

Requirements

• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of three months
• Willing to work in a Hybrid setup (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH) in our HQ (Bandung)
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in gaming and online communities like Roblox
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Discord)
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and branding
• Creative mindset with attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills
• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
