What you will do

• Manage IAM SaaS platforms such as Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Develop custom services in Rust to extend SaaS functionality and automate internal processes.
• Optimize the end-user experience for IAM platforms by creating automated request workflows and documentation.
• Maintain IaC and software libraries to support other engineering teams in adopting IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with Security and People teams to evolve the core identity and access model.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Okta or other similar IAM SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with automation tools and IaC frameworks like Pulumi.
• Proficiency in coding, specifically in Rust and Python.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
