What you will do

• Produce end-to-end video content, including editing, motion graphics, animation, and sound design.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts to translate creative briefs into production-ready plans.
• Create optimized short-form motion assets for paid and organic social platforms (9:16, 1:1, 4:5).
• Build and maintain reusable motion templates and modular assets to streamline production.
• Coordinate with freelance editors, videographers, and voice-over talent to deliver finished work.
• Partner with Brand, Growth, and Content Marketing teams to align on deliverables and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in motion design and video production, focusing on high-quality execution.
• Ability to apply visual identity consistently across all motion and video content.
• Experience creating multiple variations of hooks and messaging for A/B testing and conversion goals.
• Proficiency in post-production workflows, including color correction, audio cleanup, and voice-over integration.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining project files, naming conventions, and shared asset libraries.
• Ability to manage production timelines and track project milestones independently.
