What you will do

  • Handle client inquiries related to portfolio transfers via chat and email
  • Assist clients in understanding and completing transfer processes
  • Investigate and resolve portfolio transfer issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing of transfers
  • Provide updates and feedback to clients
  • Channel client feedback to improve processes and tools

Requirements

  • English: C1 or above required
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented approach with focus on precision and accuracy
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in portfolio transfers
  • Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service or operations
  • Familiarity with portfolio transfers or stock market processes
  • Understanding of the fintech industry
