What you will do
- Handle client inquiries related to portfolio transfers via chat and email
- Assist clients in understanding and completing transfer processes
- Investigate and resolve portfolio transfer issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing of transfers
- Provide updates and feedback to clients
- Channel client feedback to improve processes and tools
Requirements
- English: C1 or above required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented approach with focus on precision and accuracy
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in portfolio transfers
- Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer service or operations
- Familiarity with portfolio transfers or stock market processes
- Understanding of the fintech industry
