What you will do

• Manage QC team in performing analytical testing for samples, incoming materials, in-process, and final products
• Ensure analytical functions meet company, safety, quality, and governmental standards with complete documentation
• Supervise scientists including motivation, education, performance management, and productivity
• Maintain lab safety, comply with Chemical Hygiene Plan, and follow all safety rules
• Organize workloads and coordinate multiple projects to meet timelines and deadlines
• Conduct investigations for OOS, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
• Perform pharmaceutical analysis to support drug product manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in GMP/FLP environment with chromatography (HPLC/UPLC/GC), method development/validation; 2+ years supervisory experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills, effective listening
• Demonstrated ability to utilize team resources effectively
• Expert in cGMP, USP, EP, and FDA regulations
