What you will do

• Execute the QA strategy for the DSPM product, ensuring quality across data discovery, classification, and risk detection workflows.
• Establish and evolve standards for test automation, release readiness, and quality metrics.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled QA and test automation tools to increase development velocity.
• Champion secure-by-design and privacy-aware testing practices, including GDPR compliance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team based in Poland.
• Provide risk-based quality assessments and go/no-go recommendations for releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software QA, with 2+ years in a QA leadership or management role.
• Proven experience testing complex, cloud-native or SaaS platforms (microservices, APIs).
• Strong background in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Experience working with cybersecurity, data security, or privacy-focused products.
• Must have the right to work in Poland.
• Strong communication skills for presenting quality risks to engineering leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with DSPM, cloud security, or compliance-driven systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve testing and automation workflows.
