What you will do

• Lead quality activities for cross-group solution-level features, ensuring alignment with overall quality goals.
• Define E2E scenarios for cross-group projects and collaborate with various personas to ensure coverage via manual and automation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters concerning the unit or cross-group features.
• Promote quality mindsets, best practices, tools, and product knowledge to improve overall organizational quality.
• Identify gaps requiring centralized solutions and work with central QA and PMO to promote holistic processes and enablement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role, preferably within complex, multi-departmental environments.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Technical proficiency in cloud-based large-scale SaaS products.
• Experience with continuous CI tools, testing, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
