What you will do

• Lead and manage data engineering projects from inception to completion, including goal-setting and scope definition.
• Design, develop, and operate modern data architecture and intricate data processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement scalable models.
• Write clean, iterative code based on TDD and leverage continuous delivery practices.
• Advise clients on distributed storage and computing technologies.
• Oversee data governance, security, and privacy to support business and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with the Databricks platform, GenAI, and LLMs.
• Proven track record in leading system design and implementing technical solutions in production.
• Expertise in Big Data architecture, data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in writing high-quality code and working with various databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in stakeholder management, coaching, and mentoring.
