What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of advanced AI systems to solve complex business problems, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Define and drive the technical vision for AI initiatives, aligning them with business goals and accelerating innovation.
• Build and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions in collaboration with MLOps and DevOps teams to reduce operational risks.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems to advance Agentic AI capabilities for real-world problem-solving.
• Establish and optimize end-to-end AI development processes, from initial prototyping to continuous deployment.
• Mentor team members and foster strong client relationships by shaping impactful AI strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution delivery, including leading technical teams and shipping production systems.
• Strong knowledge of at least two AI/DS domains such as Computer Vision, NLP, Speech Recognition, or Recommender Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and the implementation of agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with cloud AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure, NVIDIA) and managed ML pipelines.
• Proven ability to estimate, plan, and deliver complex AI projects on schedule.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency required.
