What you will do

• Design and optimize batch and streaming pipelines in Palantir Foundry using Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories.
• Develop ontology objects, relationships, and actions to power business domains and AI workflows.
• Create AI-native experiences using AIP Logic, Agent Studio, and AIP Threads.
• Build and iterate on Workshop, Quiver, and Contour applications for business stakeholders.
• Integrate Foundry with Azure-based medallion layer domain stores and DBT pipelines.
• Collaborate with Palantir consultants to transition ownership of the platform as it matures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production data pipelines in modern stacks.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python (PySpark, pandas).
• Deep understanding of Spark execution models, partitioning, and performance tuning.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Ontology, Workshop, Pipeline Builder).
• Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling (Kimball, star schema) and Data Vault.
• Proficiency with Azure data services or equivalent cloud platforms.

Nice to have

• Production experience with DBT on Azure (Synapse, Fabric, or Databricks).
• Knowledge of medallion architecture and lakehouse patterns.
• Experience with LLM prompt design, eval harnesses, and hallucination guardrails.
• Familiarity with electronics distribution, supply chain, or ERP data (Dynamics GP).
