What you will do

• Administer and manage upgrades and patching for ECM platforms including IBM Datacap, CP4BA, FileNet, and BAW.
• Ensure platforms follow modern standards and implement new technologies to improve scale and uptime.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, remediation, and reporting for the DPS platform and its components.
• Coordinate with software vendors, internal business units, and IT partners to facilitate project completion.
• Provide technical demonstrations and presentations to IT leadership and project stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for deployment, troubleshooting, and communication efforts.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Irving or Arlington, TX for a hybrid schedule (2 days/week in office).
• 5-7 years of prior analysis experience in an IT environment.
• 3-5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting ECM platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, FileNet, and Business Automation Workflow.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, Red Hat Ansible, and Git-based workflows.
• Hands-on experience operating OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and RHEL administration.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27000, NIST, or FFIEC.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, and Kafka.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
