What you will do

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer and User Acquisition team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations.
• Adapt successful concepts into variations with different hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, and audiences.
• Edit UGC, stock footage, screen captures, and app gameplay into polished, on-brand videos.
• Produce multiple creatives per week while maintaining visual consistency and quality.
• Use AI tools for image and video generation, voice synthesis, and asset cleanup where appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Kling, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including knowledge of its plugins.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• A portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Understanding of video editing and animation principles.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting basic competitor research for creative ideas and references.
• Awareness of social media trends and emerging AI tools for creative work.
