What you will do
- Provide technical guidance to customers on API best practices and product functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues, diagnose blockers, and escalate to engineering with full context.
- Develop internal tools to automate customer workflows and address product gaps.
- Design and implement knowledge base for customer self-service.
- Collaborate with engineering, customer success, and growth teams on escalations.
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B technical support or engineering
- Experience working with engineering teams and providing technical feedback
- Ability to debug, triage bugs, and escalations
- Communicate technical product capabilities clearly to customers
- Scripting/internal tools with APIs and functional SQL knowledge
- Strong written/verbal communication and customer empathy
Nice to have
- Early/founding support team experience building processes
- Startup and scaling support team familiarity
- Programming in Typescript, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with business-critical enterprise software
- Knowledge base and documentation creation
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Front
