What you will do

• Lead visual direction for social-first content and campaigns, developing conceptual ideas that differentiate brands across platforms
• Design and produce assets for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, ensuring platform-native, on-brand execution
• Develop visual concepts flexing across social, digital display, CRM, OOH, and POS
• Art direct photography, video, and content shoots for authentic brand representation
• Mentor designers and content creators, fostering social-first excellence and collaborative feedback
• Integrate Gen AI tools thoughtfully into design workflows for ideation, exploration, and production
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and brand teams for cohesive campaign assets

Requirements

• Portfolio with 6+ years design experience in social-first design for consumer brands
• Deep knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest) behaviours and formats
• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills rooted in brand insights
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
• Experience art directing shoots with focus on composition and inclusivity
• Leadership in mentoring designers with clear feedback
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, Runway) and prompt engineering
• Professional proficiency in English

• Experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or lifestyle design
• Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Runway)
• Design systems or scalable content frameworks
