What you will do

• Execute the full software development life cycle for backend services, writing reusable and testable code.
• Contribute to the cloud-native SaaS strategy and establish software development best practices and guidelines.
• Collaborate within agile teams to develop products and underlying technical frameworks.
• Support production clients and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 platform reliability.
• Engage in recruiting activities to help the company attract top technical talent.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building Java backend software or similar.
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree.
• Strong coding skills and deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
• Experience in programming high-performance, concurrent server-side code.
• Experience with modern distributed systems patterns such as Spark, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Cassandra.
• Experience designing and building modern web applications.
