What you will do

• Prepare and execute full research cycles from problem mapping to analysis and reporting.
• Conduct user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups, tree testing, and card sorting.
• Create personas, user journey maps, and blueprints based on research findings.
• Facilitate workshops with clients and interdisciplinary internal teams.
• Synthesize and communicate insights to inspire product and design decisions.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and data analysts.

Requirements

• Documented commercial experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research.
• Deep understanding of the digital product lifecycle.
• Good command of written and spoken Polish.
• Availability for projects in Riyadh.
• Knowledge and experience in working with AI.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma, and FigJam.
• Experience with platforms for conducting remote research.
