What you will do
- Develop, launch, and manage events from A to Z, defining scaling strategies across markets
- Own strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key experiences
- Analyze business opportunities, propose process improvements, and drive customer satisfaction
- Pitch and close events with big partners, collaborating across departments like Marketing and Operations
- Manage event revenue, grow experiences in Singapore against targets, and share best practices
- Foster Partner Network with venues and organizers, represent at local events
Requirements
- Completely fluent English skills
- 1+ years in project management or consulting (not events background)
- Strong analytical, relationship management, organizational, and communication skills
- Solution-focused with proven networking and strategic thinking abilities
- Highly organized, able to handle parallel work-streams and get hands-on
- Collaborative, curious, with strong academic background as a plus

- Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram
