What you will do

• Manage the supplier management framework, deepening supply chain mapping, and monitoring supplier performance.
• Design, coordinate, and help run supplier failure scenario tests across the business.
• Support the development of the first-line controls assurance program.
• Embed the resilience culture across hirify.global, partnering with operations and technology teams.
• Ensure the operational resilience program remains aligned with PRA/FCA requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the operational resilience program.

Requirements

• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.
• Familiarity with PRA/FCA regulations on operational resilience and third-party/supplier management.
• Hands-on experience with supplier or third-party management.
• Comfort working alongside technology teams.
• A love of writing and clear documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or exercising business continuity plans.
• Knowledge of EU DORA and its implications for financial services firms.
• Line 1.5 or first-line assurance experience.
