Location: Cebu, Philippines (onsite, rotational shifts including nights and weekends, 24x7 operations)

What you will do

  • Monitor server infrastructure, bandwidth utilization, and website uptime via monitoring tools and respond to alerts per OLA.
  • Drive IT incident restorations by guiding technical teams, escalating as needed to meet SLAs.
  • Coordinate communication bridges during events, maintaining presence and providing clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage major incident ticket lifecycles, adhering to incident and problem management processes.
  • Schedule and facilitate postmortem meetings, capturing lessons learned, root causes, and action items.
  • Review scheduled changes for standards compliance, including impacts, rollback plans, and timelines.
  • Identify potential problems and propose them for review.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills for all levels, including concise executive documentation.
  • Experience in IT Service Management (Incident, Change, Problem processes); monitoring network/server infrastructure preferred.
  • Hands-on with ServiceNow, MS Tools, Grafana, Jira desirable.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent (COBIT, PRINCE) best practices.
  • Methodical problem-solving approach with high curiosity.
  • Team player able to liaise across groups; willingness for rotational shifts, nights, weekends.
