What you will do

• Build and evolve production-ready time series forecasting models for revenue, orders, and customers using rolling horizons and systematic backtesting.
• Design and apply robust forecast evaluation frameworks to ensure stability, accuracy, and comparability over time.
• Analyze and explain forecast drivers, identifying the underlying factors behind updates and deviations between plan and actuals.
• Translate forecasting outputs into clear, actionable insights to support planning and decision-making for business and product stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and Business teams to align forecasts with initiatives and planning cycles.
• Contribute to the development of forecast monitoring, anomaly detection, and scenario/what-if analysis capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a Data Science role.
• Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and maintaining forecasting models for time series data.
• Practical knowledge of various modeling approaches for time series and their trade-offs.
• Solid understanding of time series cross-validation and the use of external regressors.
• Experience designing data validation checks for input data and forecast results.
• English: B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with forecast monitoring.
• Knowledge of anomaly detection.
• Experience in scenario or what-if analysis.
