What you will do

• Develop and optimize personalized product feed recommendation systems.
• Analyze raw data, create hypotheses, and build machine learning models.
• Write production-ready code capable of handling high-load distributed systems.
• Collaborate with international teams across multiple countries.
• Experiment with different modeling and training approaches including linear models, GBDT, and DNN.

Requirements

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal with relocation support
• English: Required (job posting in English)
• Strong algorithmic skills and knowledge of data structures.
• Experience in machine learning end-to-end development and production deployment.
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, Scala.

Nice to have

• Experience with recommendation or search systems.
• Experience training neural network models.
• Knowledge of Go programming language.
• Experience with Spark, Cassandra, MongoDB, Kafka.
