What you will do

• Conduct daily building inspections of the lobby, corridors, and greenery.
• Perform small repairs and general handyman troubleshooting.
• Provide logistical support, including moving furniture and handling deliveries.
• Submit daily reports via mobile device.

Requirements

• Strong observation skills and physical fitness.
• Basic technical proficiency with phones or tablets for reporting.
• Native or fluent Polish.
• Communicative English, Russian, or Ukrainian.
