What you will do

• Own the .NET (including MAUI) SDK end-to-end, from core architecture to final product experience.
• Pioneer new features such as Profiling and Session Replay and build performance monitoring for the MAUI platform.
• Design robust, high-quality APIs that bridge managed .NET code to native platform behavior at massive scale.
• Collaborate with maintainers of upstream packages and frameworks being instrumented.
• Serve as the primary expert for MAUI, solving complex challenges across the .NET ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on .NET and mobile platforms.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET MAUI; prior Xamarin experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of .NET runtimes (Mono, CoreCLR, Android runtime) and managed-to-native interop.
• Solid grasp of Microsoft.Extensions, dependency injection, and native framework integration on iOS, Android, and Windows.
• English: Excellent written and spoken communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Vienna, Austria.

Nice to have

• Experience with other cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity.
