What you will do

• Analyze and map business processes across corporate functions including Legal, Operations, and HR to identify bottlenecks.
• Design and build AI-driven solutions and agents to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead the implementation, onboarding, and training for AI tools across diverse technical audiences.
• Partner with internal MIS teams and external vendors to bridge gaps between product capabilities and business needs.
• Monitor product usage and analyze trends to measure business impact and ROI.
• Drive internal community initiatives to promote AI adoption and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in analyzing and improving business processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, and Cursor.
• Experience in building, deploying, and leading the adoption of AI agents at scale.
• Professional background in Product Management.
• Technical orientation with familiarity in system integrations, APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience working with Legal and Information Security teams within an organization.
