What you will do
- Build and improve internal processes to increase team velocity and reduce organizational friction.
- Define ownership, handoffs, and decision-making flows across different company teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives outside of product development, coordinating work between Brand, Finance, Legal, and People departments.
- Support company planning, goal-setting, and review cycles to align leadership priorities with operational plans.
- Own and optimize internal tools for planning, task tracking, and collaboration, identifying AI automation opportunities.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track the progress, risks, and impact of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or as Chief of Staff.
- Proven experience in improving company communication flows and internal tooling.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects unrelated to software delivery.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured plans with clear owners and timelines.
- Proficiency in English with clear and structured communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and practical understanding of how to apply AI tools in operations.
