What you will do

• Evaluate and generate game ideas for the puzzle genre using a data-informed approach.
• Build hypotheses and design product experiments to validate game concepts.
• Lead cross-functional teams by communicating product strategy and motivating members.
• Conduct macro market analysis and competitor research to identify trends.
• Track and analyze KPIs while maintaining high product quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to align product and creative strategies.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of game mechanics and the mobile puzzle market.
• Strong analytical thinking and experience with data-informed decision-making.
• Project management skills to plan and lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Advanced English (C1) required.
• Experience in operating and supporting multiple live games simultaneously.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on ownership and strategy.
