What you will do

• Identify customers meeting onboarding criteria for new automation tools.
• Groom customer, site, installed base, entitlement, and related data; investigate anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare pricing maps and validate pricing data.
• Perform admin and setup tasks within target tools.
• Develop relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis and automation assignments.

Requirements

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Microsoft Excel and Office 365 at intermediate level, including pivot tables.
• Strong communicator building relationships with internal and external customers.
• Self-motivated, adaptable in fast-changing environments, with organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with ability to identify patterns in complex data.
