What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 7-10 QA Automation Engineers across multiple projects.
• Oversee the QA Centre of Excellence (CoE) to define and implement quality standards and best practices.
• Dedicate 50-80% of time to hands-on test design, automation, and manual testing.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, performance evaluations, and career planning.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure operational success, performance, and user experience.
• Contribute to the budget planning and execution for software development divisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Team Lead, QA Team Manager, or Test Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in test automation using platforms like Playwright or Selenium.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, SQLite) or NoSQL.
• Experience testing SaaS applications within client-server and microservices architectures.
• Proven experience in test management processes and Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience building tests for cross-platform solutions (iOS, Android, Windows, Linux).
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Playwright.
• Experience with testing payment systems or solutions.
