What you will do
- Handle high volumes of live chat and incoming emails
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, comprehensive information
- Manage complaints, deliver solutions within time limits, and follow up for resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Engage customers proactively to enhance satisfaction
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience
- Strong IT skills for handling technical queries
- Exceptional written communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English and German
- Willing to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
Nice to have
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency/blockchain
- Multi-lingual capabilities
