Customer Experience & Sales Solution Architect (Salesforce)

TL;DR
Customer Experience & Sales Solution Architect (Salesforce): Technical ownership of the Salesforce platform for Customer Service and Digital Experience with an accent on end-to-end solution architecture and marketing automation. Focus on designing scalable security models, implementing genAI use cases, and ensuring architectural consistency across the ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in Poland (work from office in Lodz or home office)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
- Lead hands-on delivery by designing, configuring, and implementing custom components, automations, and integrations.
- Manage Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) capabilities including lead capture, scoring, and nurture programs.
- Define and evolve target architecture, security models, and API integration patterns in partnership with enterprise teams.
- Drive innovation by leading PoCs and identifying practical opportunities to leverage genAI in customer journeys.
- Oversee platform governance, release management, and technical standards with vendors and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and supporting Salesforce solutions (Service and Experience Clouds).
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Flow, Salesforce data models, and API integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and marketing automation patterns.
- English: Proficiency required to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, both domestically and internationally.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect, or Platform Developer.
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement certification.
