What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers based in Singapore.
• Design and implement a robust and scalable data infrastructure tailored to meet engineering needs.
• Develop scalable software applications and platforms to enhance self-service capabilities for the team.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure software aligns with quality standards.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for deployed software, implementing updates to address evolving needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language.
• Previous experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or engineering-related majors.
• Must be based in Singapore.

• Experience with data streaming platforms such as Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
