What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of campaign operations, including documentation, backend configuration, and on-site promotions.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to debug user issues and verify fixes.
• Handle escalated user tickets and maintain FAQs to improve user experience.
• Monitor real-time campaign data and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
• Plan and launch integrated growth initiatives to accelerate user and content growth.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
• Location: Must be based in Asia.
• Execution excellence with high attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
