What you will do

• Design and iterate on LLM-powered applications, including RAG systems, agents, and fine-tuned models.
• Develop agentic workflows to automate complex, multi-step tasks across research and engineering pipelines.
• Build internal AI tools and assistants to enhance the productivity of algorithm researchers and mapping experts.
• Evaluate and integrate the latest foundation models and frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
• Design robust evaluation methodologies to measure quality, reliability, and safety of LLM systems.
• Collaborate with Algorithms and Software teams to transition prototypes into production-grade systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing machine learning, AI, or software systems.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade agentic systems.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, including transformers, tokenization, and attention mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with modern agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain).
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.

Nice to have

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Experience working with multimodal models combining text with images, audio, or structured data.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environment development.
