What you will do

• Perform full-stack development for Autopilot using TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Design and develop software systems that enable coding agents and AI assistants.
• Optimize code for performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and bugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and marketing teams for platform launches.
• Architect reusable and evolvable codebases.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional coding experience.
• Production-level proficiency in TypeScript (or JavaScript), Python, and/or C#.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and architectural design patterns.
• Experience with multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms (time/memory complexity).

Nice to have

• Previous experience developing AI products.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering.
