What you will do

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure code for diverse client projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present developed features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Perform project planning and estimation using internal tools and methods.
• Mentor other engineers through Communities of Practice (CoPs) to grow technical capabilities.
• Drive project delivery independently from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements

• Experience with Ruby (Rails) or similar OO languages, with a strong willingness to work in Python.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• English: Proficiency required for daily communication in a global team.
• Location: Must be based in Romania.

Nice to have

• Solid experience with Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience with unit testing.
• Familiarity with Docker and modern CI/CD pipelines.
