What you will do

• Lead and optimize core HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Portuguese labor law inquiries to ensure strict compliance.
• Manage and audit Workday HRIS to enhance data integrity and operational reporting.
• Coordinate end-to-end payroll preparation for external providers in collaboration with internal accounting.
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, and Talent Acquisition to implement scalable HR solutions.
• Drive process automation and standardize HR documentation and SOPs.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian is a must.
• Proven experience in HR lifecycle management and basic employment law.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data cleaning and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS and service desk tools.
• Knowledge of GDPR, internal controls, and document retention policies.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Familiarity with digital workflows, macros, or system data import/export.
