What you will do

Handle player requests and inquiries in English
Monitor the status and stability of live game services
Identify, escalate, and help resolve service-related issues

Requirements

English: Upper-intermediate (B2) written and spoken required
Solid gaming background in MMOGs and mobile games
Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Good overall computer literacy
